Thank you to all of the amazing high school seniors that applied for the 2023 McCrumb Scholarship! These students were selected from the communities PFCU serves to equally share in scholarship monies. PFCU has been offering the McCrumb Scholarships in an effort to recognize and encourage scholastic achievement, community involvement and excellence in character.

There were so many impressive applications this year, it was hard to choose just 10 winners. We managed to narrow it down to the following recipients: 

Alex Fedewa

Alex graduated from St. Patrick School. He will be attending the Southeast Lineman Training Center to become an Electrical Lineman.

Simon Brown

Simon graduated from St. Patrick School. He will be attending the Southeast Lineman Training Center to study their Electrical Lineman Program.

Natalie Thayer

Natalia graduated Owosso High School. She will be attending Mott Community College for Culinary Studies.

Benjamin Smith

Benjamin graduated from Pewamo Westphalia High School. He will be attending Lansing Community College and Michigan State University for Engineering.

Emma Claspell

Emma graduated from Swartz Creek High School. She will be attending Michigan State University to study Environmental Studies and Sustainability.

Caleb Pohl

Caleb graduated from Pewamo Westphalia High School. He will be attending Michigan Technological University to study Mechanical Engineering.

Rebecca Thomas

Rebecca graduated from Saranac High School. She will be attending Adrian College to study Elementary Education.

Elizabeth Possehn

Elizabeth graduated from Lakewood High School. She will be attending Central Michigan University to study Biology.

Cassidy Cashen

Cassidy graduated from Pewamo Westphalia High School. She will be attending Oklahoma State University to study Marketing in addition to Animal Science Production and Operations.

Mikayla Meyers

Mikayla graduated from Portland High School. She will be attending Lansing Community College and would like to work in the agricultural industry.
