It has come to our attention that several PFCU members have received a fraudulent phone call inquiring about lowering an existing credit card rate. PFCU will NOT call you to inquire about any personal or confidential information relating to any product or service you have at PFCU. This call is NOT originating from PFCU and should be considered fraudulent. Don't give any information to callers you can’t identify — even if they ask you to “confirm” this information or threaten you in any way.
