It has come to our attention that many members and non members have received a correspondence that appeared to be from the credit union. PFCU did not send out any security text alerts on Friday, January 15th. Do not respond OR provide any personal information to any text messages or emails you receive.

We ask that you change your online user name and password. Additionally, if you utilize the same username and passwords elsewhere, PFCU recommends changing that criteria as well.
If you have given your debit number, contact us immediately at 517-647-7571 during business hours or 800-528-2273 after hours so that a stop can be placed on your card.
We recommend calling the credit bureaus at 888-397-3742 to place a freeze on your credit report.
