Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness month. While we know physical health and financial health are both important, it is equally important to stay mentally healthy. There are so many ways to take care of your mental health from meditating and journaling to keeping active and eating well. Scheduling time to take breaks to relax and relieve stress and crucial to mental wellness.
