Demonstrating their ongoing commitment to community support, PFCU Credit Union employees have donated $6,531.54 to the Hospitality House at McLaren Flint, helping advance its mission to provide a healing and supportive environment for families in medical crisis. The Hospitality House offers comfortable, affordable extended-stay housing that eases financial burden, allowing guests to focus on recovery and healing.
The funds were raised through the Credit Union’s Jean Day Fund, a staff-led initiative where employees voluntarily contribute in exchange for the opportunity to wear jeans on designated days. This internal employee effort reflects the credit union’s core philosophy of “people helping people.”
"McLaren Flint is truly grateful to PFCU and its employees for their overwhelming generosity," said Foundation Vice President Doug Glazer. "There are so many worthy non-profits in Michigan, and we are honored to be considered for a donation in our community."
PFCU Credit Union continues to champion local nonprofits through employee-driven initiatives, reinforcing its dedication to creating lasting, positive change in the communities it serves.
