PFCU has partnered with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) to provide grant opportunities to improve or make modifications to existing homes and businesses in our surrounding communities.
Revive - Home Repair Grant
The Revive Home Repair Grant helps income-qualified homeowners with assistance for certain deferred maintenance and safety and accessibility upgrades to their primary residence. You could qualify for up to $15,000 for eligibile home repairs.
Revive Eligibility Requirements:
- Revive funds support repairs on owner-occupied primary residences only
- Household income must be at or below 80% area median income
- Existing mortgage and property tax obligations must be current and paid as agreed
- Recipients must sign an acknowledgement identifying the contractor used for repairs
