PFCU Donates to Clinton County 4H

PFCU Credit Union has awarded a $5,000 donation to Clinton County 4-H in support of its ongoing efforts to engage and educate youth through agricultural programs. The check was presented on Wednesday, July 29, during the Clinton County Fair, a cornerstone event for the local community.

This contribution will help Clinton County 4-H continue offering hands-on experiences that teach valuable life skills, promote leadership, and encourage a strong work ethic among young people throughout the region. From livestock care to public speaking, 4-H programs provide youth with opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

The Clinton County Fair brings together families, volunteers, and youth from across the area to celebrate agricultural traditions and showcase months of hard work. The fair continues to be a highlight of the summer, drawing visitors of all ages to enjoy exhibits, competitions, and community spirit.

About Clinton County 4-H: Clinton County 4-H is part of Michigan’s largest youth development organization, offering hands-on learning experiences for young people ages 5 to 19. While many associate 4-H with farming and livestock, the program spans a wide range of interests—from science and technology to arts, leadership, and community service.

Through clubs, camps, and events, Clinton County 4-H empowers youth to explore their passions, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills. The program is supported by dedicated volunteers and educators who help create safe, inclusive environments where young people can thrive and grow into capable, compassionate leaders
