PFCU Staff Donate to The Disability Network

PFCU is proud to announce its 2025 fourth quarter Jean Day donation of over $7,000 in support of The Disability Network of Flint & Genesee County. This organization is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and fully participate in their communities.

Each quarter, PFCU employees participate in Jean Day, a staff-driven initiative that allows employees to collectively contribute to a local nonprofit organization of their choice. Through this program, PFCU staff reinforce the credit union’s long-standing commitment to community involvement and support for organizations that make a meaningful local impact. PFCU employees have donated over $29,000 to various organizations through this initiative over the course of 2025.

The Disability Network expressed gratitude for the donation and the continued partnership with PFCU. “The donation is even more meaningful coming from a community partner like PFCU that has a strong history of supporting the disability community,” said Luke Zelley, President/CEO of The Disability Network of Flint & Genesee County. “We are so thankful for PFCU and its employees’ generous donation! With PFCU’s support, we are excited to support and empower more people with disabilities to live independently.”

PFCU has a strong tradition of investing in the communities it serves through volunteerism, financial education, and charitable giving.
